CALIFORNIA PROPOSITION 65:  California Health and Safety Code Section 25249.6

California's Proposition 65 entitles California consumers to special warnings for products that contain chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm if those products expose consumers to such chemicals above certain threshold levels.  We hope that the information below helps with your purchasing decisions.

The general Proposition 65 notice is as follows: 
This is a law that requires notification of the exposure to any of the specific chemicals on the California Proposition 65 list. If you are purchasing for resale or distribution in California, each individual item is required to be clearly labeled with the following statement:

"WARNING:
The distributor of this product warns that
this product MAY contain substances
known to the State of California to cause cancer
and/or reproductive toxicity."

If any of our vinyl/polyethylene products are utilized for resale purposes, this warning must be posted with the product display when sold in California.

to cause cancer. Consult with your physician before using this product.
