Shipping Requirements:
- For orders weighting more than 1 lb 15 oz, a physical address is
required. We can not ship to a P.O. Box, Military APO address or
international address. For a shipping quote, please call

- Telephone orders require clarification between a shipping and the
billing address for the credit card you use. This will help with
preventing credit card fraud as you billing address will be verified.

The cost for shipping is based on distance of travel, weight and cubic
feet of the shipping container.

- PROCESSING: The estimated order delivery times listed above
includes the time it takes to process your order and transit time of the
shipping method.
- PROCESSING: All orders are processed and shipped during our
normal business hours (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, prior to
3:00 p.m. CST)
- OUT OF STOCK: f an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be
contacted via telephone and/or e-mail to advise you of the expected delay
and provide you with your options. You may choose to wait for an
item, select an available product or cancel your order. Orders for
products that are not available with 30 days will be cancelled unless you
notify us by e-mail. In the event that your order is cancelled, you
will be contacted via email.
- EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES. Order delivery times may be delayed
to circumstances such as credit authorization, backordered equipment,
supplies, insufficient or inaccurate information provided when placing an
order or incomplete payment. You will be contacted via telephone or
e-mail should such a condition be realized during the course of processing
your order. If the issue can be resolved internally and it appears
it will not affect delivery time, you will not be contacted unnecessarily.

You will receive an e-mail containing the method of tracking and the
tracking number when your order has shipped. This tracking number can

Canceling an Order
You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing by calling
800-658-1008. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once
they have been shipped. Please refer to our
