LLC./a.k.a. RainPonchos.com, reserves the right to refuse acceptance
of the cancellation of any order, and/or the return of any order
unless a "Letter of Cancellation" is received by Rain Ponchos
Plus, LLC./a.k.a. www.RainPonchos.com within thirty (30) days after
the order has been received/delivered to the
individual/business/school.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders which include non-stock color, screen printing,
embroidery or any special personalization may be cancelled up to 3
days after the order has been placed. Thereafter, special orders
may not be cancelled.

Rain Ponchos Plus is happy to replace an item with
another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to
our guarantee described above.
To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:
Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the
packing slip.
Obtain a return authorization (RA) number by calling Customer Service,
toll-free
1-800-658-1008, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. CST, Monday-Saturday.

For your security, please return your item with an insured courier
(e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. Rain
Ponchos Plus is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning an item because it is damaged or defective or you
did not receive the product ordered, Rain Ponchos Plus will provide a
prepaid USPS return label.

service and you, our customer. If, for any reason, you are not fully
satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to let us know and
we will exchange it or issue a gift certificate or refund.
Notification must occur within 30 days after shipment of your
purchase.
Please note that monogrammed and
personalized gifts are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they
are damaged.
