Frequently Asked Questions
Question:
What is the best way to dry my Nylon Rain Poncho?
Answer:
Simply hang or drape the Nylon Rain Poncho and
allow to drip dry.
Question:
My Nylon
Rain Poncho was not stored properly after a rainy event and it
smells like mildew. Can it be saved?
Answer:
Most likely. Mold and mildew grow in moist environments producing the familiar
disagreeable "musty" smell. We recommend and carry a product designed
specifically for this problem. "Fresh Again for Eliminating Odor of Mold
and Mildew" used with a combination of sunshine can virtually eliminate the
offensive smell.
Question:
Do you provide a storage bag for each Nylon Rain Poncho?
Answer:
We took a close look at offering a storage bag but
found that our clients felt the storage bag was difficult to keep up with when wearing
our Nylon Rain Poncho. At our client's recommendation, we have determined
that a 1 gallon zip lock bag will serve the same purpose. Click on
"Folding the Poncho" for folding instructions.
