RETURNS & EXCHANGES Rain Ponchos Plus is happy to replace an item with another selection, or issue a gift certificate or refund according to our guarantee described above. To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps: Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip. REFUNDS At Rain Ponchos Plus, we stand behind our products, our service and you, our customer.
